Bhagavad Gita 3.20
कर्मणैव हि संसिद्धिमास्थिता जनकादयः। लोकसङ्ग्रहमेवापि सम्पश्यन्कर्तुमर्हसि॥
King Janaka and others attained perfection through action alone. You should also perform work, if only for the guidance and welfare of the world.
Cites King Janaka to prove that enlightened leaders work actively to set good examples and maintain social order (Lokasangraha).
