Bhagavad Gita 3.22
न मे पार्थास्ति कर्तव्यं त्रिषु लोकेषु किञ्चन। नानवाप्तमवाप्तव्यं वर्त एव च कर्मणि॥
O Partha, there is no duty in the three worlds for Me to perform, nor is there anything unobtained that I need to obtain; yet I remain engaged in action.
Lord Krishna offers Himself as an example of performing selfless action without personal need.
