Bhagavad Gita 3.25
सक्ताः कर्मण्यविद्वांसो यथा कुर्वन्ति भारत। कुर्याद्विद्वांस्तथासक्तश्चिकीर्षुर्लोकसङ्ग्रहम्॥
As the ignorant work with attachment to fruits of action, O Bharata, so should the wise work without attachment, for the welfare and guidance of the world.
The wise perform actions as energetically as worldly people, but with selflessness instead of personal greed.
