Bhagavad Gita 4.22
यदृच्छालाभसन्तुष्टो द्वन्द्वातीतो विमत्सरः। समः सिद्धावसिद्धौ च कृत्वापि न निबध्यते॥
Content with whatever comes spontaneously, beyond dualities, free from envy, and balanced in success and failure, one is not bound even while performing action.
Freedom from envy, acceptance of life's flow, and balance in all results insulate a person from karma.
