Bhagavad Gita 18.11
न हि देहभृता शक्यं त्यक्तुं कर्माण्यशेषतः। यस्तु कर्मफलत्यागी स त्यागीत्यभिधीयते॥
Indeed, it is impossible for an embodied being to give up actions completely. But one who surrenders the fruits of action is truly called a renunciant.
Absolute physical inaction is impossible while alive; therefore, real renunciation consists of surrendering internal greed for results.
