Bhagavad Gita 4.19
यस्य सर्वे समारम्भाः कामसङ्कल्पवर्जिताः। ज्ञानाग्निदग्धकर्माणं तमाहुः पण्डितं बुधाः॥
One whose every undertaking is free from selfish desire and expectation, whose actions are burnt up in the fire of wisdom, is declared a sage by the wise.
Spiritual wisdom acts like a fire that consumes selfish motives, turning ordinary effort into liberating activity.
