Bhagavad Gita 8.4
अधिभूतं क्षरो भावः पुरुषश्चाधिदैवतम्। अधियज्ञो अहमेवात्र देहे देहभृतां वर॥
Adhibhuta is the perishable physical manifestation; Adhidaiva is the universal divine person (Purusha); and Adhiyajna is Myself residing within the body of all embodied beings, O best of embodied souls.
Defines physical creation as perishable, divine cosmic intelligence as Adhidaiva, and the inner dwelling Paramatma as Adhiyajna.
